Summary: All good but don’t find reception staff greeted property esp on our exit. Lady on reception just took the keys and ask if anything to be charged no goodbye or happy greeting to kid.

Summary: I was checked in by Illona. I did not realize till I got to my room that she failed to return my passport. I went downstairs to ask for it and she couldn't find it. The bellhop was actually the one that found it and returned it to me. I told Illona that she should have called me when she realized she didn't return it, to which she reponded by laughing. I really don't think it's a laughing matter for someone to lose their passport. It was extremely RUDE of her to react in that manner. My interactions with the bellhop were very pleasant and he apologized for the mishap.
